Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Classroom Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Montessori principles and a commitment to creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment where each child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

– Plan, prepare, and deliver Montessori-based lessons that meet the educational needs of students.
– Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, discovery, and learning.
– Observe and assess students’ development, providing individualized support and guidance as needed.
– Foster a love for learning by encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
– Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
– Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

– A degree in Education or a related field. Montessori certification is highly preferred.
– Previous experience teaching in a Montessori setting is an advantage.
– Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
– Ability to create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
